Steps to Enroll

Step 1:  Complete application through Gradelink with payment.

  • CURRENT STUDENTS – February 6, 2023 to February 17, 2023
    • To re-enroll, please login to your child’s Gradelink account at https://secure.gradelink.com/gradelink. Select the “Re-Enroll” tab on the left side of the page and follow the prompts to complete including the $100 re-enrollment fee.
  • NEW STUDENTS – Open Enrollment begins February 20, 2023
    • The weblink to enroll will appear on the school’s homepage at 6:00am on Monday, February 20th.
    • Includes a $250 enrollment fee. Fee waived for those placed on the waitlist.

Step 2:  Upload supporting documents to Gradelink or submit to the school’s office.  Required documentation includes:

  • Immunization Records – on Form 680
  • Sacraments (Baptismal Certification, First Communion)
  • Birth Certificate
  • Transcripts (New Students)
  • Physical – State of Florida School Entry Health Exam – Due August 1st

Step 3:  Enroll in a FACTS account.

  • Enroll in a payment plan and/or apply for financial aid here: https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3TFPG.
  • To apply for financial aid, please Sign In(Existing User) or Create a Username & Password (New User) and click the corresponding link to start your application.
