Documents Required for Registration/Application

1.  Re-registration Form or Application
2.  Copy of Baptismal Certificate
3.  Birth Certificate
4.  Sacramental Records
5.  Current Physical (Yellow Form)
6.  Copy of Social Security Card
7.  Shot Record (Blue Form)
8.  Completed Emergency Card

 If your child is transferring to The Basilica School of Saint Mary Star of the Sea from another school, please make sure that The Basilica School has the records from the previous school or the release form to obtain records.

• All documents are REQUIRED to accept re-registration or application form
• One month’s tuition (non-refundable) per family is due by March 22, 2013  in order to secure a spot.

 

 

 

Tuition, Application Fees, & Curriculum Rates for 2013-2014

Tuition

Tuition is due on the first of each month.  August – May

            Catholic           $4,500/year     10 payments of $450/month          August –  May

            Non-Catholic $5,000/year    10 payments of $500/month          August –  May

• One month’s tuition (per family) is due by March 22, 2013 in order to secure a spot.

Registration Fee

A fee of $100 per family is due at re-registration/application.

Curriculum Fee

The curriculum fee helps to offset the cost of textbooks, supplies, equipment, copy paper, workbooks, computer lab, library, gym fees, Standardized Testing costs and Student Accident Insurance.

            Pre K 3 & Pre K 4                                $200.00

            Kindergarten – 8^th Grade                $250.00

Military Discount

In appreciation for their service to our country, military families receive a 10% discount on tuition.
