VOLUNTEER MEETING-Wednesday Feb.1 st at 5:00 pm

Please come to the cafateria on Wednesday for a short meeting on the Rock n Roast Event.  The day will run smoothly when everyone knows their part.  THANKS 

Kindergarten

Childcare and Activities: If you are helping at the Rock and Roast, you can sign up to leave your child in Childcare. Please stop by the office to sign up.

First Grade

Getting posters out around town, putting flags along Truman, getting the sandwich boards in position, laminating signs to be used at the cafeteria

6th Grade

Parking and gates. The church parking lot needs to be blocked off until after 6:00 mass. The points of entry need to be staffed to sell tickets.

Pre K 3 and Pre K 4

Clean up and Decorating

7th and 8th Grade

 Set up and help with Silent Auction

3rd and 4th Grade

Desserts and Trash Pickup

2nd Grade


 Man the T-shirt sale table

5th Grade

50/50 Raffle – sell raffle tickets at the event

Suzanne Moore is working the front entrance ticket sale

The Rock and Roast starts at 2:00 and stops serving around 8:00 or when food runs out. We need every family to help at this event.
The dads are needed to help man the “pig boxes” out behind the gym. We also need help on Sunday morning cleaning the pig boxes.
There is something for everyone to do. Please come out and help.

BAKED GOODS: WE CAN NOT PULL THIS EVENT OFF WITHOUT EVERY FAMILY PROVIDING AT LEAST ONE HOMEMADE DESSERT. PLEASE BRING TO THE CAFETERIA SATURDAY MORNING.
