Albertson’s Community Partners
Shop at Albertson’s Grocery Store, use your community partners card and help the school raise money.   We receive a quarterly check based on gross sales.  Community Partners cards available in the office.

St. Mary’s Flea Market
If you have good stuff to donate- clothing, kitchen items, books- we can take them at our Flea Market that runs every Saturday outside the rectory.  (9am-2pm) Bring it on Saturday or anytime during the week. Every Monday, Rosemary gives the school a check and the flea market is well know around the island.  Please help us and donate your stuff  for our school.

Box Tops-Cut and collect box tops, drop them off at school and each box top brings in $0.10.  Those dimes add up to big money.

World’s Finest Chocolate Bars-October
Each year our community looks forward to the kids from Mary Immaculate coming around selling the World’s Finest Chocolate Bars.  Each family takes home a box of 50 bars. We ask each family to sell at least one box or more if you can.

Fantasy Fest Parking-Fri and Sat Oct 29-30
We park cars all over the property at Mary Immaculate.  We need helpers from Friday 12n thru Saturday night midnight.  Its’ fun and we raise BIG BUCKS. Last year over $20,000.   Sign up in the office.

Book Fair (early December)
Each year the Scholastic Book Fair comes to Mary Immaculate.  It runs for one week and we open the fair before school, during lunches and after school.  We need a parent coordinator to help organize the volunteers that is needed to run the Book Fair.  It’s fun and the kids LOVE IT.

Tea Party and Handbag Auction-Nov 13 (1pm-5pm)

WANTED ALL LADIES.  Come and celebrate and have a bit of fun at the 2nd annual Handbag Auction. If you have any handbags or accessories to donate we could use your donations.  We auction off designer handbags (and knockoffs) with a REAL AUCTIONEER. We also have a Chinese Auction with wallets, totes, jewelry and women’s accessories.   With lots of wine and champagne it’s sure to be a lot of fun. Event Coordinator  Yakuna-305-304-8278

Rock n Roast- Feb 5
This event has become one of the largest for Mary Immaculate. It consists of LIVE music throughout the entire event, with a full Pork Roast Dinner prepared by Chef John Correa from Café Sole and a silent auction with lots of great stuff.  Last year we had over 300 items.  If anyone has anything to donate (items, gift certificates)  to the silent auction please contact Robin Beede the coordinator (305-304-7451).

Boot Sale-
If you are thinking of cleaning out your closet and don’t know what to do with your stuff, drive it to our school during our BOOT SALE and sell it right out of your car.  Or set up a table to display your treasures.  Easy great fundraiser and a great way to finally get rid of that stuff you don’t want any longer. This fundraiser needs a parent coordinator.

Knights of Columbus Fish Fry’s
Our Fish Fry’s have become famous and our neighbors look forward to this Friday night tradition during Lent.  KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS serve it up in our cafeteria.The families of Mary Immaculate bring desserts, help to set up and clean up.Each classroom will be given a certain week to be in charge and it’s up to those parents to help with the Fry that week.  But we can always use EVERYONE’S desserts each week.

Car Raffle
Mr. Earl Duncan has been VERY GENEROUS to our school and has donated a NEW CAR to our school that we raffle off.  We ask that each family sell 2 tickets and we need help selling them after all masses.  We need a parent coordinator to help schedule the volunteers to sell after church.  A few parents have done it during the entire sale of the tickets and we need more helpers.
